Having recently closed our Series A funding round, XILO is growing rapidly and seeking talented individuals who want to do career-defining work in a mission-driven startup that s at the forefront of AI innovation.About The RoleYou ll be designing and optimizing AI models, fine-tuning LLMs, OCR, and other AI-driven systems to streamline complex workflows and make insurance automation smarter, faster, and more reliable.This isn t just another ML role.
