This position will be responsible for ensuring a high level of operational performance in different areas.
It will focus on maintaining business continuity, minimizing the risk of product damage and business interruptions, driving cost reduction initiatives, and managing 3PL expenses.Principal responsibilities:Ensuring high customer service quality and compliance with order requirements.Managing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and risk control.Overseeing international trade processes for imports and exports.Controlling freight costs and compliance, monitoring KPIs, and improving processes.Ensuring efficient execution of co-packer production plans.Requirements:Bachelor s DegreeIt is preferred an MBA in Administration, Engineering, or LogisticsFluency in EnglishSpanish is desiredExperience in consumer goods logisticsExpertise in freight and warehouse managementStrong negotiation, conflict resolution, and compliance skills
