About the RoleWe re looking for a sharp, ambitious Backend Engineer to join our small but mighty team and help shape the future of hospitality operations.This is a foundational hire on the engineering side.
You ll work closely with the CTO , COO and cross-functional teams to build internal tools that streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and unlock operational efficiency.
Your work will directly impact how we run our business behind the scenes fast, clean, and smart.Hybrid role in Santiago.
