We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and configure email marketing accounts within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
The role involves creating and implementing responsive, dynamic marketing emails using HTML and CSS, and developing AMPscript for advanced content personalization.
The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to email marketing best practices to optimize deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.Key responsibilities include:Configuring and managing Data Extensions and Lists in SFMC.Utilizing SQL for advanced database segmentation to target highly relevant campaigns.Developing and executing automations in Automation Studio to streamline marketing processes.Monitoring and analyzing email marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and reporting results.Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure data integration and execution of cross-channel campaigns.Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to SFMC configurations and processes.Participating in projects to implement new features and integrations within SFMC.Requirements:At least 2 years of proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).Strong expertise in configuring and operating Email Studio.Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including design, deliverability, and A/B testing.Proven experience in database segmentation using SQL within SFMC.Familiarity with other SFMC modules such as Automation Studio and Content Builder.Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational abilities, and proactivity.Skill Set:Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating responsive and personalized emails.Expertise in AMPscript for implementing dynamic logic and advanced personalization.Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.Proficiency in English.OSF Digital is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, where you can bring your whole self to work.
