As the key market for growth, we are looking for PCR&TBR Sales Manager to join our sales team to support our clients in sub-regions.Essential Functions:Responsible for providing on-site services for mine customers; Output product requirements, organize tire road test and tracking;Train customers in product knowledge and assist business departments to collect channel information; Promote products, visit and maintain mine customers; Claim early warning, claim tire identification, abnormal product quality information feedback, and assist the sales to achieve the sales target.Responsibilities for Sales Engineer:Experience of OTR and Agriculture tires.Servicing of established customer within the specified territory and supporting to assist in growth.Regular visits with customer s sales staff to dealers and end-users to promote sales.Train customer and customer s sales representatives and dealers on product offering.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to the customer base as well as end users.Propose customer solutions across different applications with the use of product range available.Review and monitor own and competitor products in the market.Propose new developments within the product range as and when needed.
Represent MAXAM at Trade Shows, Dealer Shows, and Trade Association meetings.Represent MAXAM at customer s trade show, field days and any marketing activities as needed.
Execute a sales and marketing plan to achieve corporate objectives.Coordinate with the Engineering Team to support the corporate sales and profitability objectives and product development objectives.Coordinate and manage/implement a product development plan to extend the range with support of the Engineering team.Assist customer in the development of forecasts and demand planning requirements for manufacturing and Supply Chain purposes.Handling of all warranty claims for customer including gathering all the correct information and submitting the warranty to factory for assessment.Skills and Qualifications:Driving force: Sales professional identity, goal commitment and pursuit.Professional ability :customer-centric, customer judgment and follow-up, work planning and execution.General ability :learning and reflection, communication influence, emotion management and stress coping.English language is a must.Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor s Degree: Engineering, Marketing or Sales, or equivalent number of years of experience;More than 5 years sales experience in OTR tires business.Working experience in the world s top20 tire enterprises is preferred.What We Offer:A platform to raise your innovative ideas and bring them to fruition to see the business impact and make your mark in the tyre industry and beyond;Being part of a rapidly growing company which strives for further success worldwide;Being immersed in a people-oriented culture built on trust and respect;Being part of a diverse, fun, high-spirited and empowered team and interacting with counterparts from other regions internationally and colleagues from varied disciplines;A commitment to train and develop you continuously throughout your career;A career path that allows you to demonstrate your full potential;Competitive compensation and benefits package and non-financial recognition to reward your dedication and achievements.Sounds appealing to you?
