Role OverviewWe re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performance global team.
You ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments.
This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global);Customize ServiceNow using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools;Build and maintain custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules;Create REST/SOAP integrations and work with Integration Hub and MID Servers;Support instance upgrades, troubleshoot performance, and implement best practices;Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical solutioning; RequirementsCertified System Administrator (CSA) RequiredCertified Application Developer (CAD) Required2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong scripting and integration skills (REST, Glide, JavaScript)Solid understanding of at least one module (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, or CSM)English fluency (written & verbal) client-facing communication is a mustProactive mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments Nice to HaveExperience with App Engine, Flow Designer, or Service PortalFamiliarity with ATF, PA, or Virtual AgentExposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Other certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, etc.) Why Apricot Jam?100{a8ec54f4336533f2f10ac171bcb039bb1cb7b108c8410e25b9d3baf8e1e2dbab} Remote with Real-Time Collaboration (Overlapping U.S.
