We re scaling fast and looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our outbound email marketing strategy, re-engagement campaigns, and newsletters that convert.What You ll DoPlan, write, and execute outbound and nurture email campaigns that engage and convert small business owners.Oversee all outbound email efforts, including cold outreach and newsletter campaigns aligning copy, strategy, and timing for max impact.Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy that resonates with small business audiences and drives clear calls-to-action.Grow, segment, and manage our email lists to ensure personalized messaging and high deliverability.Analyze campaign performance metrics (open, click-through, and response rates) and implement improvements using A/B testing and best practices.Use tools like ActiveCampaign, Instantly, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar to automate and optimize workflows.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to align messaging across channels.Mentor and guide a small outbound/marketing team (if applicable), with clear KPIs and accountability.What You ll Bring3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, outbound sales campaigns, or demand generation (B2B or finance experience a big plus).Strong technical knowledge of email infrastructure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, warming, bounce handling, etc.Deep familiarity with tools like SendGrid, ActiveCampaign, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, and HubSpot.Proven copywriting and personalization skills especially for cold and lifecycle emails.Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize email funnels.Team-oriented, proactive, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table.Clear understanding of email compliance and best practices in inbox placement.Why Join UsHelp real small business owners grow and succeed.Take full ownership of a high-impact email channel.Work remotely with a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.Be part of a company that values action, innovation, and accountability.
